Kai, we would have be happy to help You if we really know the author of the model, we have nothing to gain by keeping the author hidden. most of the models are submitted through email and upload form, long before registration was enforced.

And if i knew how to find out any contact Information about the creator,
I could simply ask him for his consent,
and if he declared his consent, the purpose of this model would be much more than just education, I’d be glad to use it in my game, under the terms of use he tells me.

Kai, we didn’t reply because You questioned the purpose of this site and models, when similar sites like this exist in thousands out there. If we had known the author we would have given You the info. Models that are posted for free download can’t be used in any commercial projects and we told You about that. By Educational purpose we post models for people to explore, learn and get inspired.

It seems Model is not licensed to use in any projects, commercial or free(open source).

who’s the “moderator”?
if the moderator isn’t the copyright holder nor the copyright holder gave him the right to do so he can’t decide wich license to do so.
I’d like to ask the copyright holder ( = creator) for his consent.
If he’s the “moderator” giving me the moderator’s email would be fine.
btw : most of the models have no license and are thus not usable in any kind of “product”
that shall be published when caring about law.
